My car broke down a few weeks ago (also a 63 TSI) with juddering and EPC light. No issues with stop/start though. Oddly, after being left all weekend no issue was found by the dealer and it started working again as normal. My skoda garage basically had the car from then until late October. They couldn't pinpoint what exactly had gone wrong but changed that many parts under the hood that eventually the issue was solved.
