I’ve always disliked this mechanic in GTA SA. It’s annoying to be in the middle of something and then get a notification that CJ is apparently starving to death so you need to stop what you’re doing to go eat 10 Cluckin Bells so CJ can then not eat anything for several days. I’d argue it doesn’t even improve the game.
