Once I leave the main Nuka world section to outside the walls.. it starts to freeze then with 1 minute the game freezes complete or crashes and kicks me out of the game..

Then, coc DLC04ColaCars01 should take you to the Cola Cars arena where the final part takes place, although I'm not sure where you'll be teleported.
