The is3 is a straight better tank than the obsolete and rather pointless tiger 2. A mid range heavy sniper with no dpm is called a bad tank. Of course you can play second line support and side scrape with the tiger 2 but all of those roles are simply less useful than the is3s out trading and mobility capabilities.
The Lowe is a beast making credits, even when you loss, you are very likely to get +30K credits without premium. I have both tanks and lemme tell ya, Lowe -> Tiger 2.
